The Fjord
In partnership with the amazing team at Effection, we produced marketing collateral commissioned by Savilles Estate Agents. The project took the form of an interview and fly through of The Fjord, a newly renovated workspace in Royal Albert Dock. We carried out an interview with the architect who managed the renovation and combined this with fly through footage of the interiors, drone footage of the building and surrounding areas and graphics to highlight points of interest.
LEON HOUSE
Meet The Staff
As part of a continued marketing campaign for the Leon House development, we produced a 'Meet the Staff' video to introduce the people who work in the building, including the concierge team and cleaning operative.
The video gives an insight into their individual roles, what they enjoy about working at Leon House and also their favourite areas of the building. The aim of the video was the bring a more personal element to the marketing of the property, whilst highlighting one of the big USPs of living at Leon; having a small, friendly team on-hand to be of assistance to the residents every day of the week.
As well as the full length video which can be watched below, we also delivered 6 x vertical social edits for Instagram Stories.
Resident Case Study
Following on from the Meet the Staff video, we interviewed a Leon House resident to provide further insight into life at Leon. This content will be used as a stand-alone online advert and also reformatted to act as evergreen content as 'stories' across social platforms.
BERKELEY HOMES
Social Ad Campaign
This month the Spaces team at Rise Media produced video marketing collateral for Berkeley Group Plc's stunning Royal Arsenal Riverside development. The development is fantastic, boasting riverside views and is absolutely one of the best connected developments in London.
Spaces provided 22 unique adverts, optimised specifically for use across Linkedin, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. Each advert focused on an individual USP and was designed for effective re-targeting.
Kidbrooke Village Sunset
Working with our favourite drone team DroneScope we captured some amazing sunset scenes at Kidbrooke Village.
Kidbrooke Village is a spectacular development by Berkeley Group Plc, which offers fast travel routes and views of London, Greenwich, Blackheath and Canary Wharf.
These shots were captured in the final hours of day light, shortly after a storm, resulting in the beautiful orange haze.
